Taste:
enjoyable thanks to the strong tannins. Savoury, intense with good level of freshness and concentration. Pleasant to drink, as the wine taste is well harmonised with the sweet oak spices.
Combination:
versatile restaurant mate. Ideal to accompany first and second dishes, soups, averagely aged cheeses and not particularly savoured meats.
